We have over eight years of experience successfully managing single family homes and multiplex units in the Portland Metro area. We began managing properties in 2005 that had problem tenant issues and needed physical upgrades and restoration.
Through successfully completing these projects and finding responsible tenants we have gained a greater understanding in successfully resolving owner and tenant needs and desires as well as managing the property itself. We have found we enjoy the challenge of finding the right tenant for the right property and providing responsible management, consistent revenue flow and asset enhancement for the owner.
